A Spoonful of Dining: Trail’s End at the Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground

The Trail’s End restaurant at the Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground is one of the best deals on the Walt Disney World property for a non-character buffet breakfast. A casual mess hall with unbelievably tasty viddles.

Country Eggs Benedict with pulled pork, Smoked Beef Hash, French Toast Bread Pudding with praline sauce, and most importantly… MICKEY WAFFLES (with or without chocolate chips) are just some of the highlights presented to you along the food line. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

The restaurant decor is Summer camp/frontier chic with Disney movie memorabilia peppered throughout. A small arcade gives the kids something to do while you finish your hearty seconds or thirds or… you get the idea. At $15.99 per adult and $9.99 per child you will not find a better breakfast on property for the price.
